Drop-down Menu in Web Pages

hey /comp, i'm looking for a decent program for making those drop-down menus in web pages, but i do not no wtf they r called. am i boned, or just an idiot when it comes to searching for something other than my dick?

Yeah, it reads regex characters like \n (I couldn't get PSPad to do it), which helped me with some VBScripts I wanted to pump through Scriptomatic.  Plus JEdit can do a find/replace on a entire folder, so if there is a change on your site that you want to ensure gets pushed to all pages, it only takes a couple of clicks.
