Yeah... copy the MAC into Skype ... they take everything.
I guess you use WhoIS to find their ISP, then contact the ISP using some anonymous mailing program and say you're the FBI and need more information on this person. Of course - ISPs don't necessarily have to comply with this - at least, not in Canada - but write convincing words.
Depending on your ISP as well, my ISP, smalltown community owned place basically tells me to get fucked when I said I was part of the RIAA and wanted some info on an IP for downloading illegal music, they said they didn't care unless they were going to take the user to court or sue my ISP or something.
