virus on 4chan warning

I downloaded some rar file i think from rapid share.  When winrar opened the file it crashed.  After that I couldn't use my mouse or keyboard.  The rar file was named DSC07411.rar and it comes up as Exploit.Win32.Lha.b  It copied a file named a.exe to my system32 that file has a bunch of different viruses.  http://www.virustotal.com/resultado.html?e4740ed8aa6ace83892a5619059ebbc4

time to reformat

Yeah I think I got the same thing too. But it was a flv file that crashed mine. Reformatting is going to be a pain in the ass.
