Missing Screensaver options

My laptop crashed, so I had to reinstall Vista Home Premium. But though Vista came with the laptop, they didn't give me an installation CD. So, I had to use a pirated copy of Vista, but used my old Vista key.

Now, I'm missing my default desktops, themes, and screensaver options. I can only have a blank screensaver as an option.

Know what I can do to have my Pictures folder as a screen saver, and to get my other Vista standards?

Downgrade to XP

Upgrade to Vista

XP = fail

Upgrade to legal Vista

Piate Vista clearly = Fail

Upgrade to Linux

Micro$loth = fail

Upgrade to women
