Windows Install disc?

Can anyone link me to a tutorial on how to create a windows install disc? I have the contents of the disc, but I need to create an install disc from them.

I just found a bunch of tutorials on how to create one from a recovery disc, but I am not using a recovery disc.

Any help is appreciated.
