Should I try Ubuntu?

So.

I'm having a lot of problems with my OS (Windows XP SP2).

I'm srsly hitting my boiling point here.

I have like years thinking about Linux as my main OS but I'm really used to it to some Windows programs but this is the best excuse so far for me to try Linux.

Not trying to bash Ubuntu, but it isn't all that good.
