ok i need some help, for the last few weeks i have been trying to use steam but it starts updateing and crashes, i have looked on the website and it says to do a heap of things and i have done/am doing all but one.
for some reason my username and password wont work and let me into my modem settings to open the ports needed (if i need to open them)
my question is, is there a way to find a list of the ports you have without needed to log into anything?

You should consider checking your ports.
Srsly, reinstall the fucking software. If it still doesn't work, reinstall Windows. What makes you think that closed ports are what's causing the software to crash?
