myspace (evil)

ok people, i have heard there is a way to get access to myspace accounts using winrar. if someone could explain this process to me, and the conditions to which i may have to get around, it would be helpfull.

i don't want to ftp or telnet the damn server (to slow), so please provide any info on quik myspace access (anything that wont be just basic networking knowledge cause again, most of those things are too slow, and i will be doing this else where on a slightly older computer)
