PC wont even POST

after turning my pc on, i got a load of yellow dots all over the screen. when i tried to restart it, it bluescreened. now it wont even fucking load the bios, it just gets to the graf card bios screen, then goes black. is there a way to fix this or is my card fubar?

Uh... where did you get the yellow dots? In Windows? During POST? In between? When did Windows bluescreen after the reboot? Did you manage to log in? What did you do? What was the message of the bluescreen? How long did you wait for something to happen now that the screen stays blank? Did you try another graphics card?
