Broken RAR

Hey, need a little help.  I downloaded a .RAR, tried to unzip it, and got a bad block error.  Downloaded it again, same thing.  I have looked around and found multiple programs that will repair a RAR, but they are all demo versions only that will only repair it if you pay to own the program, from 40-150 bucks.  I want this file open, but not that bad, so does any one know of a free program to repair .RAR files?

open the rar file and before the error message comes up, restart your computer.
