Wrong place to ask prob, but whatever. I owe Ebay a lot of money, because of ebay fees. I haven't payed them, but recently they have mailed me and phoned me saying I owed them money. I know I'm stupid for actually putting up my info, but will they try to sue me if I don't pay or something? Anyone knows what will happen? Or I am forced to pay stupid overpriced ebay fees?

No, they won't sue you. Eventually they might suspend your account and that's it. Just don't answer to them any more and wait it out. They have too many other things to deal with. Trust me.
