Has anyone experienced this or know anything about it? It is driving me fucking insane.

I take my external hard drive to school, start utorrent, and download 3 gigs in the couple hours I am there. I close all my programs and disconnect using the safely remove hardware crap, then, when I get him, my drive is in a state before I left my house. What the fuck was the thing doing all those hours? How do you download 3 gigs and not write any of it to the disk?

For fucks sake, I'm not that retarded.

I always set it to download to my drive. And the extreme of the issue is even if I rename a folder on the drive, it will return to its original name when I get home.

Painfully annoying shit.
