torrent stuck at 99.7% for 1 year

Ha!  Exactly one year and one week ago I downloaded a ~6 GB torrent but got stuck at 99.7%.  It was a bunch of relatively small video game music files, so at 99.7% virtually all the files were fine, but it was still damn annoying to see it stop so close to 100%.  Wherever I could find the same torrent I found that everyone else was also stuck at 99.7%, and from the people's comments it appears that this torrent had been passed around and sustained at 99.7% for a long time before I ever got to it.

Fast forward to today and I randomly said "hey, let's see if this torrent is still around", and would you believe there were actually 5 seeders?  ;-)
