Considering I've never heard of the manufacturer before, I'm a bit wary. Consider ASUS, ABit, Sapphire, or BFGtech for reliability. But if they have good return policy, go for it. I like the silent fan part.

Gecube is so so, the budget line for ATI cards. 2600 series sucks ass all around, just like the 8600. You'd be much better off with a 2900Pro or a 8800GT whenever Nvidia releases those.
