Tecra 8000 problem

I have Tecra 8000 from back in the day and this is its problem: whenever I boot it up, the screen stays blank except for a white cursor blinking in the upper-lefthand corner of the screen. I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out is wrong with my Tecra and maybe how to fix it so I can still use it.

reinstall windows there might not be an operating system or your hdd has fucked up or something
