Recently I havent been able to log on windows normally, only in safe mode. Apparently the problem lies with my video card and some dv4_disp shit. The only way Ive been able to log on windows normally is by disabling the video card, but being disabled my games or videos run like shit or dont run at all. Any solutions please?

Ok, it's been a while since you were here, but if you're still following the thread in hopes of a coherent, useful answer, I'll give it a shot.
First, download the appropriate video drivers for your card/OS.
Save them in a Temp directory somewhere, someplace that you can easily find again quickly.
Second, boot to Windows in Safe Mode.
Uninstall the video drivers.
Reboot as needed (it'll probably go into Safe Mode again, but that's ok).
Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Device Manager
(Or, Control panel, Add / Remove Hardware)
uninstall the video card entry. (Right-click, uninstall)
Reboot.
At this point, Windows should re-detect the video card with minimal capabilities (Safe Mode).
When it asks you for the drivers, allow it to search ALL available paths, local & online.
Chances are it'll find the driver on its own & install it for you, but if it doesn't, point it at the driver you just downloaded.
If it auto-detects/installs the driver, it'll have you reboot to put them into effect.
If it does NOT find the drivers, then manually install them, and reboot when it tells you to do so.
Either way, at that point, you should have a working video system again.
