Alright, /comp/, I need some help.

I apparently utter fail torrents, so, uh, could someone give me a guide (or step-by-step) explanation how to upload one? Seeing I believe I have trouble with the trackers, and some NAT shit (I don't even know wtf that is, man.)

So, uh, yeah, everytime I try to upload a torrent, no one can connect to me.

And I'm also using Vista. (I know, I know, it sucks. Work with me here.)
