Halp!

Getting Err2Err3 on my lap. 5 times now in 2 weeks. And fucking guarantee deosn't helps.

Compaq, Windows Vista, 120 gb, 512 mb

I really need halp..someone knows what is going on, or what to do??

It would screw up my guarantee..but I guess it wouldn't care if my lap gets back to bussinnes

You'll be fine prior to a downgrade if you do these things:

- Don't screw with your recovery partition.
- Make any recovery CDs or DVDs if a utility is provided
- Don't lose your product key

With these, you have a 100% chance of restoring your machine to its factory state.  (Probably can hit F10 in the BIOS, if that fails, use recovery CDs).  As long as you have the product key you can reinstall and reactivate Vista whenever you like.
