MP4 > WMV Conversion

I Need some advice on converting MPEG4 To Windows Media Video

My Phone records in MPEG4 and Windows Movie Maker doesn't accept it. (Atleats Mine Won't)

Could anybody reccomend a free converter to convert MP4 To WMV?

Or if there is a new update i could get for Windows Movie Maker?
