proxies

what proxies are the best, as they pertain to Anonymity? I've only used proxies a couple times before and know only a little about them. i have a bad habit (while on /b/ of all places) to click links not knowing where they go. I've as off late seen many "distasteful" things doing this. On sites i don't want my ip address or anything else on.

First threat to anonymity, Windows OS's.  They all have back doors so that Microshit and the NSA can get into your computer.
