Memtest/troubleshooting halp

Ok, so my brand new system (less than 2 days old) is running a q6600, 4 gigs of pc-8500 corsair dominator ram, 8800GTS, asus p5k motherboard. I installed vistaids on it and it continually blue screens on me. I turned off aero, it lasted longer but still blue screens. I ran memtest86+ and it had errors when all of my modules were in my board. I tested each module individually and they all passed. I tested all 4 DIMM slots with the same module and it passed again. I don't know what's left to do. I'm running it again with all 4 sticks in and I'm going to leave it overnight, but I dunno.

Also, because I'm an idiot, I dropped the processor when installing it. Not too far, but obviously it's delicate. Is there a way I can test if it's the processor exactly? I ran a trial version of Hot CPU Tester 4 yesterday and everything passed that, but I don't know that software at all, I just found it on a google search. Any advice would be great, I'm kinda at a loss for more troubleshooting alternatives.

LMAO @ 4GB Dominator. Also, Vista isn't bad. No, really.

Assuming it's a prebuilt machine, just return it. If not, RMA the RAM.

Ope here, It's not prebuilt. But if all the sticks pass individually, it's gotta be something other than the ram, no?
