gaming connections

Heres my problem, after getting an invite to the Tabula Rasa beta, I downloaded every thing fine and installed the program. It runs smoothly and lets me log in and select the server i want.(during the right play hours, of course) Problem is that once i select my server it won't connect to it.
I contacted Play NC and worked with their tech guys to find no problem with their end.
I also tried several other MP games(Far Cry(MP), SupCom, STALKER, and Civ 4) and they all experience similar problems of not being able to connect.
I have all my default windows(vista) shit disabled.
I am on a campus that uses Clean Access Agent to connect me to the network. (this is most likely the cause)
Is there any way around clean access agent?

Ok I watched Mythbusters, I now know how to blow up a shark, but not how to fix my problem.
