Sudden problem

A couple of days ago my computer all of a sudden has this weird problem. Whenever I start typing, the letters pop up slowly before stopping and then jump forward to catch up with my fingers. And when I type to fast the screen freezes for a good second or two.

How can I fix this?

Well i guess if you like spilled water or liquid on your keyboard then that would fuck it up.
