Alright. I just got my PC up and running, but I had no internet. I ran over to Best Buy and bought a wireless reciever for my PC, since my friend's got a wireless router.
My connection craps out now and then, though, likely due to the fact the router is a good 25' away. Thing is, he's also got a DSL modem hooked up to his computer. So, it boils down to this:
My friend has a DSL modem and a wireless router. Can I steal the wireless router, stick it in my room, and have everything honkey dorey?
