Ok, there's like 1 person on this forum that keeps bringing up OpenBSD, FreeBSD, ShitBSD, whatever.  I know it's the same single person (I can tell from some of the posts and having seen a lot of BSDfags in my time).  Let's have it out right here, you fuckin' shitty wideOpen-BerkerlyBitches-Suck-Dick assfuck.  BSD sucks.  It sucked in 85 when it was the 'real unix' and it sucks NOW.  Get over it.  And your license sucks too.  BSD license should be called the goatse license.

BSD does indeed suck. However, Windows < Linux < *BSD < OpenBSD < Plan 9.

it's designed to be a distributed network system. think folding@home or distributed software compiling or 3d rendering or anything like that. nothing else comes close to plan 9's architecture for this purpose.
