desktop trouble

i just got a virus i think and my desktop (icons and taskbar) will not show up so i have to use the task manager
can anyone help plz?

task manager

first menu --> run

c:\windows\explorer.exe

or

c:\winnt\explorer.exe if you are fag

or

reinstall
