Flash RAID array

I want to be able to do something like this:
http://www.bigbruin.com/reviews05/thumbraid_1

But I don't have Linux and don't want to install it.  The page is a couple years old, so maybe there is a better way now.  Any software suggestions?

I'm of the impression that this wouldn't be difficult to do on a windows system without any additional software, actually. I have no method of testing but I know most professional editions of windows come with software striping (RAID) options built in. I see little reason you couldn't connect the drives and have windows detect them all as normal, then setup the software raid on them within Windows.

Likewise, someone with one of those multi slot SD card drive bays where you can plug in several SD cards and have them all detected as seperate drives can probably do this as well.

Anyone with at least 2 identical flash drives wanna give this a shot? I personally can't because I just use a large, external firewire HD.
