How do you overclock a Q660?

Does anyone know how of any detailed tutorials about how to overclock a Q6600? Better yet does anyone know of any services that sell overclocked chips, as well as provide decent cooling to keep the chip running? Also, before anyone suggests the obvious (use google), I've already done that, but most of what I found for overclocking is related to forums with no pictures that tells what you should be doing. Also as far as ordering a computer with an overclocked procesor, no luck there either.
