Browser issue

So I installed service pack 2 and therefore IE7 yesterday (yeah, I'm slow) but now I can't download anything; I have to use Firefox to download things. It must be a security setting, but I don't see how to change it- help please?

... but to help this thread die, try uninstalling then reinstalling IE7. Google it.
