Burning Problems

Hello again 4chan.  Okay here goes.  I'm burning DVD's using Nero7 and ConvertX, more and more often I'm getting disc's that'll skip excesively.  It's not the source as some of the discs will be fine, but the ones that are screwed up always happen to be in the same area everytime.  Is my drive dirty or is it some other problem?  Please help!

Suggest burning at slower speeds and see if the issue persists.
