Is there any kind of program or something for mapping a USB controller's buttons to ones on the keyboard? I thought a controller would enhance my game, but the game itself doesn't have a controller function.
This kind of work around would work nicely if it was possible.
Good thing the controller is borrowed and not bought.

Logitech's Wingman Profiler does that, but I guess it only works with Logitech stuff.
Ah Google. I have absolutely no Idea how to search for what I want. Suggest Keywords. The one's I've tried get me to articles on turning SNES controllers into USB controllers and other random stuff that's not helping.
Hence the asking 4chan for help
Anonymous delivers! Thanks!
Too bad this program only seems to respond to the analog stick and not the D-Pad (lol, X-box ripoff usb controller) But I can live quite happily with this!

in the preferences, check the box that says use POV switches
the D-pad should be POV1, thats how it is on my controller.
