Keylogger Time-Travel?

I wrote a lengthy bit some time ago to submit to a site and it never got through.  I have my browser set to immediately delete all history, so there's no way of going back to the submission form and getting it from there; is there some sort of keylogger that would find out what I've written even if it was before I downloaded the logger in the first place?

This is an attempt to troll.  Any information gathered will be used for that purpose.

if you're using vista then just email microsoft and ask, i'm sure they'll have it somewhere
