192.168.1.1 is usually your default gateway, if it's not check to see what it is by running command prompt and typing "ipconfig /all"

uhhh, and in case you're quite dense, you put these IP addresses into your web browser.

access router via web browser by typing the default gateway address (almost always 192.168.1.1) into the address bar of your internet browser.
