I need halp on trying to get that picture to make it seem like im skinny
any suggestions?

When you use "artistic" techniques to make yourself look good in a photo, critics know that you don't normally look like what is portrayed in the image. In other words, there isn't much we can do to help you look skinnier without making you look like a poser. My advice, stretch the photo height by 5-10%.
