I'm looking for a tool to access a remote computer infected with the 'hack'a'tack' virus

I duel boot with ubuntu (superior). I doubt you can just ssh into a protocol that was patched up by a windows programmer

The whole virus if you even bothered to google it is about gaining remote access. the people who coded it even made a windows client for it, but i cannot find the exe for it
