Ok, interesting thing here.
Im sitting in a recliner chatting on irc(xchat, vista), everythings fine. My mouse drops off the arm and I think it clicked when it tapped the corner of the laptop. Xchat closed, I opened it back up and I get this instead of it connecting: * Connection failed. Error: Connection refused it does that an eventually connects. I went from getting full signal all over my house to only getting 2 bars 5 feet from the router (WRT54g, running g) I hooked up a 802.11b router and put it in the same spot and I get a full signal from far away. I figured I fucked the wireless on the laptop, but then I tried the wireless, and wired on another computer in my house and it does the same thing with irc.
I dont know if this is affecting anything else, irc is all I'm noticing, other then the signal strength. Oh, also, First reboot after I dropped the mouse 3 inches was a completely different logo the the usual one. if I reset the router it connects fine, but after some messing with the laptop it starts doing it again. Any ideas?
