Virus/Trojan/Spyware?

I downloaded a file from rapidshare links last night. it's called rapidsharebypasser.rar
i downloaded it and scanned it for viruses, nothing came up. So i double clicked the .exe file.
I left my computer on for the night and meatspin/paypal/gayporn sites popup on my browser, please help me =/
