help me find app

I'm looking for two apps that i had on my computer before, but i forget what they are called, so ic ant find them anymore.

The first one creates a bar in windows explorer, it shows you the places you've visited so you can click on them and it will take you there. I thought it was called explorer crumbs or something, but no luck.

The second one creates a sidebar where you can have shortcuts that you can easily drag and drop to.
