Need help

So, my IE fucked up again. Every time I try to enter anidb.info for checking up on sub status, it doesn`t open it but rather asks me to save a PL file, which opens with notepad and has all kinds of gibberish in it. Can someone help me make it work again,please?

Why do you do this? Can`t you see that I`m a complete moron who doesn``t know shit about web browsers and just asks what he`s supposed to install to solve a problem? Ah well, thanks for replying at least. Gonna go straight it out the old fashioned way: download random shit till it works for some reason
