Nero 6 Burn Rights?

I tried to copy an audio CD today and this new thing showed up asking if I had the Nero Burn Rights. I do not know WTF this is and I have never seen it before. I have used Nero 6 in the past to do everything and now this shows up.

I installed the buring rights and it still asks for the burning rights.

So can anyone recommend a free alternative or something better? Thanks!
