It depends. Whois somebody on the network you on, and if you see his ip, then yes.

I realize that my IP address is being transmitted practically everywhere, but nobody could pin that to my address unless they went to my ISP, right? And my ISP wouldn't divulge that information unless it was for legal stuff. (I'm not concerned about getting caught file sharing; some dude is stalking me and I'm starting to get a little worried.)
