Give me a step by step set of instructions on how to get and use torrent.

1. install bittorrent client
2. download a .torrent file
3. give .torrent file to bittorrent client (double click it or drag-drop onto client window)
4. let it download for you
5. seed until at least 100%
6. for extra security, get PeerGuardian 2
