I installed Ubuntu Dapper in my Compaq laptop, the problem is, that when booting windows I get the autochk not found message.
I crossed over a lot of forums and tried to access grub from the ubuntu terminal, then typing, unhide (hd0.x) where X is the number of the partition, but I get a Selected disk does not exist every time, can anyone help me please?
