You are kidding arent you ?
Are you saying that this link will infect your computer without running a program, at all ? As in, without a boot disk, without any drivers, and without any services ?
That sounds preposterous to me.
If it were true (and I doubt it), then computers would be infected just by clicking on the link. This clearly is not happening, so there must be some error in your calculations. I hope you realise that trojan horse is more than just a link? Its a whole system that messes the computer from start to finish, and that is a very difficult thing to acheive. A lot of people dont realise this.
The Nimp just spent $9 thousand and many months to create a Flash MX hack, so it does not sound reasonable that a trojan could just snap into existence overnight like that. It would take an expert hacker and a massive effort to achieve. FairX tried, and spent a huge amount of money developing hacks but could never keep up with Adobe. DoD tried to create their own system for years, but finally gave up recently and moved to the Tabitha Catherine group.
Its just not possible that a hacking group like the Nimp could be compromised to the point where following a link to their site would install a trojan by itself, without users running the trojan. Not possible.
