Fucking Windows User Accounts

Seriously, fuck it.

I just installed XP and I'm the fucking admin.
Gone to Users Accounts
Create another account, for my little brother
BAM! The new account created also has admin privileges and I can't even delete the bugger!

WHAT THE FUCK?

To delete a user account open Computer Management.
In the console tree go to Computer Management\System Tools\Local Users and Groups\Users.

Right-click the user account you want to delete, and then click Delete.
