CD Burning

How do I burn video files so they can be played by a DVD player?

steps:
1 - convert video to mpeg if it isn't already.  even if it is mpeg, it has to be a framerate/bitrate supported by the DVD standard (CCE)
2 - mpegs must be packed into vob format by a dvd authoring program (DVDlab Pro)

it's simpler to make vcds if your dvd player can play video cds.  you still have to convert the video to mpeg and then use vcdgear to make the video cd.

Grab a lighter and burn it.
