Halp! I'm using ubuntu and it doesn't see mah HDDs. What do I do?

I have .5 years Ubuntu OS experience using HUGE distros that you couldnt even install. I installed Beryl on my own (using a repository and some unofficial blog postings) when I was 6 years old.

You should just accept everything I say, I dont HAVE to give any reasons for my arguments because I am an EXPERT UBUNTU USER.
