if mac got hit by a virus it goes down. if windows got hit by a virus it stands its own problems, but will crash and never boot again.
linux kernel is designed to stand viruses.if it gets infected, there is no way the virus can break out of one part getting into another of the kernel. ^^you can fix it easy
