Current running through my case?

It kind of feels like there's a weak current running through the metal parts of my case -- is there some easy way of telling?

Current or voltage?  If you feel current, you may have a faulty hardware component, so start troubleshooting that.  If it's voltage, verify that your PSU is properly grounded.  A multimeter is your friend for all of the above.
