Help Needed

I'm in need of a text-to-speech program with a robotic sounding voice. Not robotic as in the retarded sound of Microsoft Sam, but robotic as in transformers kind of robotic. I'm honestly not in the mood to dig through all the crap there is with everything either needing to pay or just tons of worthless junk. Any help? Thanks.
